What research is being done?

Ever since the mid 1990's National Institute was studying up on Neurofibromtosis and found out that chromosome 17 has the disease and when they duplicated the process went faster to infect the person and they showed no control. There primary objective was to keep that one chromosome away from others so that the person will not get infected with NF1 or NF2.

How to prevent NeuroFibromatosis?

NeuroFibroMatosis cannot be prevented from the people in the family history that have had the disease the family can have a test done to see how bad the offspring from them will have neurofibromatosis, like how is spinal cord will look like, the way his/her nerves act up, and how often they will get tumors.

Treatment for NeufibroMatosis.

There is no cure for neurofibromatosis but many scientist are discovering ways to relieve certain symptoms, after many have tried they have succeeded but in result they have left tumors in the body and in which will need to conduct surgical surgery. It has the possibility of removing tumors from the nerves and other areas.

How To diagnose NeuroFibroMatosis?

The way to diagnose NeuroFibroMatosis is by the family history physical examination of test and and MRI scan to determine if there is anything wrong with the bone or nervous system.

Causes of NeuroFibromatosis

There is only one main cause to Neurofibromatosis that the carrier of the disease passes it on to the next generation it will only effect the child or adult depending on size and age or person. It's not often that this disorder appears it's almost 1 and 1000 people who get infected and then they have a chance at passing it down to further generation.
